Privacy Policy

Overview
OrbitSpace is a native macOS utility that runs locally on your Mac. This policy describes what the app does and does not do with data.
We aim to be clear and minimal. If anything here is unclear, treat the product behavior on your machine as the source of truth.
What OrbitSpace does on your Mac
OrbitSpace uses system Accessibility APIs to identify and move windows when you use the radial menu.
It listens for a global hotkey you configure so it can show the menu while you hold the key.
Preferences such as your hotkey may be stored locally on your device.
What we do not do (product intent)
OrbitSpace is not designed to upload your window contents, documents, or screen captures to our servers for advertising or profiling.
There is no account system on this website for the app, and this marketing site does not require you to create an account to download the DMG.
We do not sell personal data.
This website
The OrbitSpace website may be served by standard hosting infrastructure that logs technical requests (for example IP address, user agent, and request path) for security and reliability.
We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of visitors.
Updates and downloads
The app is self-distributed. Downloading the DMG contacts the download host to deliver the file.
If automatic update checking is added later, that behavior will be described in product materials when shipped. Do not assume automatic update telemetry beyond what the shipped app discloses.
Children
OrbitSpace is a general productivity utility and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
