Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using OrbitSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

OrbitSpace is proprietary software (not open source). Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee when required, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on Mac computers you own or control.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

The current listed price for a buyout license is USD $2, including subsequent updates as described in product materials. This is not a subscription.

Pricing and included update policy may change for new purchases; changes will not rewrite already-granted licenses without notice in product materials.

OrbitSpace is self-distributed (direct install). It is not offered as a Mac App Store product on the primary path.

Download links may be versioned (for example a specific DMG URL). Always prefer the download link published on the official website.

The software requires macOS and Accessibility permission to manage windows. Without required permissions, features may be limited or unavailable.

You are responsible for granting and reviewing system permissions on your Mac.

Use the software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Apple’s platform rules and your organization’s policies where applicable.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Window management depends on system APIs and third-party apps; perfect compatibility with every app, full-screen mode, Stage Manager, or windows without Accessibility exposure is not guaranteed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE.

TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Marketing copy on this site describes product intent for the current MVP. Features not listed in official product materials are not promised.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
